On the scale of architecture Toli Masjid ranks next after Mecca Masjid, Hyderabad. This mosque is located in Karwan 2 Km away from Golconda. Build my Mir Musa khan during the reign of Abdullah Qutb Shah. Mir Musa Khan used to be the chief architect of Mecca Masjid and he got 1 percent of what ever was spent on Mecca Masjid as his remuneration. He used the amount collected to build Toli Masjid, which because of this reason is also known as Damri Masjid. The Musa Burj of the Golconda Fort is also his work.

Toli Masjid can be termed as a replica of Mecca Masjid on a smaller scale. The upper half of this mosque is most beautifully decorated. The mosque is INTACH awarded and declared a heritage site by archeological survey of India.
